Meeting Summary
Our next meeting is scheduled for May 21th at 7:30pm. The meeting agenda and program schedule will be sent out closer to that date.

In the Gallery
This month, we will be having our Senior’s Juried Art Competition. This show is open to anyone age 60 and older. Work will be accepted on April 29th and 30th from 3pm –7pm. There will be a reception on May 3 from 2-4pm. We will be accepting 2-D work and photography that has been created in the past 2 years. First place is $150, second place is $100 and third place is $75.

In June, Darlene Bird and Linda Loftis will be the featured Artists.

Other News:
Jamie Hansen will be exhibiting at Arts, Frames and Accents on Alamance Road this month. Her reception will be on May 15th from 4pm – 7:30pm. Here is a link to more information: http://www.arts-frames-accents.com/hidden_garden.htm

Windy Lampson will be exhibiting at Harrison’s from May 11th – June 21st. Her opening reception will be on May 17th from 3pm – 5pm.

If anyone has any exhibitions this month, please email me the information and I will send it out to the rest of the league. In the future, I plan to write each newsletter during the last week of each month. If you want me to include your exhibition, please email me before that time in order for it to be in the newsletter.
